What:
I've spoke with some of you that would be interested in helping me with putting this all together.
This is for anyone interested in helping plan & coordinate Hitchcock Nature Center's Hawkwatch 5K Trail Run Event in October. I will need help with several items.
Items To Discuss:
- Creating a budget based on last years
- Shirts & Design
- Refreshments
- Volunteer Positions
- Data Entry of last years participants & mailings
- Money Management
- Ordering race bibs
- Assign Tasks & Deadlines
- Plan next subcommittee meeting
