The Nebraska Adventure Group is geared towards men & women in their 20's & 30's who want to promote a healthy active lifestyle in the outdoors while bringing their community closer. 

 

 

This group participates in several outdoor activities such as:

Backpacking – Day Hiking – Camping – Mountain Biking – Road Biking – Bike Polo – Kayaking – Canoeing – Tubing – Rafting – Paddle Boarding – Kayak Polo – Rock Climbing – Trad. Climbing – Lead Climbing – Bouldering – Slack Lining – Downhill Skiing – Cross Country Skiing – Snowshoeing – Sledding – Running – Marathons – 5K’s – 10K’s – Adventure Races – Wild Plant Foraging – Fly Fishing – ATV – Horseback Riding – Skydiving – Archery/Shooting – Ice Skating – Roller Skating – Special Events, Workshops & Classes and more…

We are geared towards the 20’s & 30’s age group because we feel this is a forgotten age group, whether you’ve just graduated college, moved here to Nebraska or simply just thinking “Now What?” give our group a shot you won’t be disappointed.  No matter what your age our groups’ main requirement is having an adventurous spirit and a willingness to try new things.

We are not professionals by any means but we do have plenty of experienced organizers an d members that can  provide further knowledge or refer you to someone  that does.  We try to keep our events free or at minimal cost to members.  Since our beginning in July of 2009 we’ve grown tremendously and have incurred reoccurring costs.  To ensure this groups existence we do require a $12.00 annual membership that will include: access to a diverse event calendar full of exclusive events, workshops, classes and more; an online forum for discussing gear, techniques, destinations and current events; a section for buying & selling used gear; opportunities for discounted gear and building lifelong friendships. 

*New members will have a 30-day Free Trial to try out everything and attend some events.
